Ankita Garg
Entrepreneur | Crowdfunding Expert | Startup Strategist
Ankita Garg is an entrepreneur, startup strategist, and crowdfunding expert with experience building and scaling ventures across global markets.
In 2016, she co-founded Golchi in the United States, gaining firsthand experience in product development, crowdfunding, manufacturing, customer validation, and startup execution.
She also worked with BauBax, one of the most recognized crowdfunding success stories in the travel apparel industry, where she managed the Customer Support function and helped scale customer operations globally.
Before transitioning into entrepreneurship, Ankita built a strong foundation in HR, leadership, and business operations through her corporate career. Over time, she became passionate about helping young people gain practical exposure to entrepreneurship early in life — beyond traditional classroom learning.
That vision led to the creation of Founder Mode Bootcamp, a hands-on startup program designed to help teenagers develop founder mindset, execution skills, confidence, and real-world entrepreneurial experience through building, problem-solving, and launching ideas.
Harsh Garg
Strategy & M&A Leader | Entrepreneur | Growth Strategist
Harsh Garg is a strategy and business transformation leader with expertise across corporate strategy, M&A, enterprise growth, and startup execution.
He currently serves as Vice President, Strategy and M&A at Ralliant, where he works closely with executive leadership on enterprise-wide growth and value creation initiatives.
Previously, Harsh held leadership roles at Fortive, Tektronix, and Strategy&, advising Fortune 500 companies on growth strategy, new product development, market entry strategy, M&A, and transformation.
He is also the co-founder of Golchi, a globally successful crowdfunded brand launched in the United States in 2016, serving customers across more than 80 countries. Harsh is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and Kellogg School of Management.
