From Idea to Real Startup in 12 Weeks
Founder Mode Bootcamp is a hands-on startup-building program for ambitious teens and young adults. Students do not spend 12 weeks studying entrepreneurship. They spend 12 weeks practising it. Through structured weekly milestones, direct founder mentorship and real customer feedback, each participant moves from identifying a problem to building an MVP, preparing a crowdfunding campaign and pitching their venture at Demo Day. No grades. No case studies. Real execution.
The Founder Journey
Every startup begins with an idea. But an idea becomes valuable only when someone takes the time to test it, build it and bring it to the market.
The Founder Mode journey is divided into four execution phases.
01. Discover
Weeks 1–3
Find meaningful problems, understand potential customers and validate whether the idea deserves to be built.
02. Design
Weeks 4–5
Develop the solution, define the customer promise and create a clear startup identity.
03. Build
Weeks 6–8
Create an MVP, test it with users and develop a practical business and pricing model.
04. Launch
Weeks 9–12
Build a crowdfunding-ready campaign, create a launch strategy and pitch the startup at Demo Day.
What Happens Every Week
Founder Mode Bootcamp combines structured learning with practical execution.
Founder Workshop
Students learn a practical startup concept directly from experienced founders and operators.
Founder Check-In
Mentors review progress, challenge assumptions and help students overcome roadblocks.
Weekly Milestone
Every week ends with a tangible output that moves the startup forward.
Execution Sprint
Students apply the concept to their own venture during guided working sessions.
Real-World Assignment
Students complete customer interviews, research, product testing, content creation or other startup activities outside the classroom.
What Students Build
By the end of the program, every student will have developed:
A validated customer problem
A defined target market
Customer interviews and market research
A clear value proposition
A startup name and brand identity
User testing and feedback
A working MVP or prototype
A crowdfunding-ready campaign
A pricing and revenue model
A professional pitch deck
A launch and outreach strategy
A live Demo Day presentation
More Than a Startup Program
The startup is the vehicle. The deeper outcome is the development of skills students can use throughout their lives.
Learn Directly from Builders who Have Done It
The Founder Mode Bootcamp isn't taught by professors. It's led by active startup founders, early-stage investors, and veteran product operators.
Our mentors have built startups from scratch, raised millions in venture capital, and navigated the same challenges you will face over the next 12 weeks. They provide the practical advice, critical feedback, and network connections that no textbook can offer.
The FMB Crowdfunding Experience
Students don't just pitch to a room; they pitch to the world. We culminate the bootcamp by preparing and launching a live crowdfunding campaign.
Master the art of storytelling and persuasion to secure real financial backing.
Learn to create high-converting marketing assets, from campaign videos to social outreach.
Gain the confidence of having launched a product that people actually paid for.
Note: Crowdfunding campaigns serve as the ultimate market validation, ensuring students build something the market truly wants before Demo Day.
